To: SW EDMONDSON Thank you for you response . I appreciate the information you provided. In the 1880 Texas census M.J.Edmondson is Martha Jane , my great grandmother and William , age 4, is my grandfather William Fleming who eventually will marry Lochie Sherwood. As noted in the 1880 census M.J. Edmondson is a widow living with her father Whitfield Moore , my great great grandfather. So my question remains, "what happened to Martha's husband , W. Edmondson ? Also, I'm still trying to determine when, where and how my grandfather William Fleming Edmondson died. Thank you again for your reply, B.V. Edmondson
