Hi Linda: Just thought i would say hello-glad you've got your book done. I've got my Dube' line complete, they weren't a very active family and not much to write about. I also have my mothers family "The Albee's" back to 1637 when the first one landed in Boston from Norwich , England. what diffence in info ,i have a book 4" deep full of info about them, also i found i had 4 relations that fought in the American Revolution, one at Concord -Lexington and Bunker Hill. I joined the Sons Of American Revolution through them and became the genealogist for out local group. My grandfather and 3 generations before him were sea captains sailing out of Wiscasset and Bath , Maine all over the world. I did find one interesting connection when i got in touch with a decendant of one of Matheran's brother who stayed in France. But he was much younger and not real interested in persuing the connection. chuck |
