There are several Doddridges that were authors" Philip Doddridge D.D.(dr. of divinty), Rev. Dr. Joseph Doddridge, and Richard Doddridge (author of Lorne Doone), I beleive (from memory) that in 1752 only the former had been published. Do you have any other "clues"? Name of book, subject, etc? Sharon
