You might be interested in the 23andMe test. It tests health-related sites, ethnicity and mtDNA haplogroup. It also has a database with which you might find close relatives (up to third cousins), although the chances are not very high.

FTDNA has a similar test called Family Finder, but it does not test health sites or give the haplogroup.

Ancestry has a similar test to Family Finder. It is cheaper, but there is a waiting list.

The 23andMe test gives a lot of information for the price, so I would probably go with it. However, Ancestry's price is attractive. However, I suggest spending some time reading the information on the 23andMe site and the FAQs at FTDNA to see if it interests you.
