Hi,
I am not related but am a cemetery preservationist working at Mount Olive Cemetery, East Point, Fulton County, Ga.

Searching for information on a Mystery man...SAMUEL DIGGS.

The grave site of the above is nolonger marked but a historian did a transcription back in 1930 and mentions in the same the followoing burial.

Diggs, Samuel.
His Grave and others in the lot bear no names or dates. An Iron Picket fence surrounds the lot. On the gate is the Inscription- Samuel Diggs -1895."

To give more hints.
Fulton County, Ga. Town now "East Point".
He was apparently a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church.
The church and cemetery are on Washington Rd.
When he was buried, the roads name would have been, "Newnan Road".

Is he still there? was he moved? what became of the fence? and Does anyone have any information?

Thanks.
