My grandmother was Maggie Alma Derrick. She was born in Ridge Springs, SC @ 1891. Her mother died two weeks later and her father moved to Texas. She was raised by her Grandparents who were successful farmers. Her grandfather had 4 daughters and 1 son. Can anyone help me trace this? Also, does anyone have current information on who to contact about the Derricks of SC book? Thanks so much for any help you can give me.
