Thanks for the info. I find it interesting that Charlotte is listed in the 1861 and 1871 censuses as being born in Rothwell Licolnshire and the 1851 census in Brigg, Lincolnshire. Could Rothwell have been part of Brigg at one time? Do you have access to an 1831 census and would it list places of birth? If I can tie Richard Dent born 1828/9 to this Dent family I'll know I haven't mixed up two Dent families though I don't believe I have. Again thanks for your help. It is very much appreciated. Penni
