In going through my grandparents estate I found original 1892 land documents belonging to Frank Dean of Jackson County, Oregon to large plots of land in Oregon. On the back it lists his home as Silver Creek, New York. I don't know why these would be in our family's possession ... Our family is last name Howard on grandfather's side and Meinecke on Grandmother's side.
