I am looking for information on the Stevens family of Newcastle County, DE. Edmund Stevens was born there in 1845. His wife was Elizabeth Evans. I believe his father to be Daniel Stevens, born in New Jersey in 1811. Other than census records, I know nothing of them. My great grandfather, another Edmond (or Edmund) Stevens, was born in McDonough, Newcastle County, Delaware in 1884 and died in Muskegon, MI in 1963.
