does anyone have any info of what happened to eliza davies born c 1860 she was born in esclusham north wales to james davies and barbara jones - has one known sister harriet. eliza marries a john davies born wrexham/holywell. in 1881 she is living at 52 park view kelloe co durham with husband and her 2nd child jane. next door are her parents with first child dorothy she has two more children richard and mary after this. by 1888 i have found her married to a john hughes jones married in durham area. by 1901 john is now john hughes and they have 4 boys all born 1890's and living with most of children form 1st family - census boys are: john james edward and enoch from family history they are known to have joined navy and have record of edward dying in 1916 in action - address given 2 oswald rd newbiggin by sea father john - occ miner. there is talk the family name changed to hughs! i can't trace eliza any further she was my great grandmother. i have fully traced her sister harriet, in touch with ancestors of my great aunt dorothy - my grandmother was jane davies who died in newbiggin. jane married john callan does this ring any bells thanks vivien
