Franklin County, AR, Marriage Book A page 181: I, the undersigned, an acting and duly commissioned justice of the Peace in and for the county of Franklin in the State of Arkansas do hereby certify that on the 19th of Sept. 1869 at the County of Franklin, I did duly join in marriage John W. Farmer aged 22 & Emeline Daugherty, aged 19, both of County and aforesaid, and then and there pronounced them husband and wife. Given under my hand this 28th day of Sept. 1869. L. B. Phillips, J.P. STATE OF ARKANSAS, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN. I, James Daugherty Clerk of the Circuit Court And EX-OFFICIO RECORDER, in and for the County and State aforesaid, Do hereby certify, that the foregoing Marriage Certificate was this day filed in my office for record, and the same is now duly recorded in Record Book H Page 181.
