Apparently, almost a month later and this is still a problem. I'm getting the same error message. I didn't subscribe to this so I can view NOTHING. Has anyone else been able to view any of the trees?? A few years ago, I purchased some of the trees on CD, I now have Windows 7 and they won't work with my computer. This is very frustrating, I'm not getting anywhere. Let me know if anyone has found a solution. Thanks, Darlene Sheldon (Searching: Westcott, Annett, Wallace, McKim)
