E-mailed customer service with the customer number and subscription confirmation numbers that I was sent by email.
All Customer Service did was have the computer send me my username and password (which I had already sent to genealogy.com customer service) which do not work for access to my sub.
On the day I subscribed, I was able to get access to the data. I did not have an opportunity at that time to set up a *different* username and password.
When I go to "my account" and enter my subscription confirmation number, I get a page that says it belongs to someone else.
I did not receive a confirmation code.
So Customer service and the web site send me around and around in circles.
Now what do I do?
Do I have to install FTM to get access to my account? I am NOT going to do this, even though I paid good money for the dern thing.
All help appreciated.
