It seems that in an overzealous attempt to prevent subscribers from accessing subscriptions from more than one computer, GDC has implemented so many security measures that it takes a computer geek to use the service.
They don't seem to care how many subscribers are frustrated.
Forget about customer support !! You'll get a form letter pretty much telling you how stupid you are.
