Source: 29 December 2004 Daily Southerner newspaper, Tarboro, N. C. HENRY DANCY SR. PINETOPS - Henry Dancy Sr., 80, died Friday, Dec. 24, 2004. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Bethlehem Primitive Baptist Association Center, Pinetops with elder Donnie Atkinson officiating. Burial will follow in the Garden of Gethsemane, Rocky Mount. A visitation will be held from 2-8 p.m. Thursday at Hemby-Willoughby Mortuary, Tarboro. Dancy is survived by a son, Henry Dancy Jr. of New Bern; a godson, Michael Moore of Pinetops; and a sister Matilda Cobb of Pinetops. Arrangements by Hemby-Willoughby Mortuary, Tarboro.
