Thank you for your reply. I located a ships manifest for 11 January 1904 into NY from the port of Hamburg. Information that was on that manifest says Andras Czeznak (and I have seen numerous spelling for that surname)listed as "Hungary/Slovak" and his townland name was spelled Torgeny or Tsrgony. I searched Google for the town name and didn't find such a town. Sorry, that's all I know.
