After a little searching around, I discovered that Terryville is listed as part of the town of Plymouth, at least for census purposes and perhaps other purposes. In 1910 it was ED 268 district 2
In 1920, Terryville isn't specifically mentioned, but Plymouth is divided into ED203 (north of the highway running from Thomaston to Hartford, and ED204 (south of the highway from Thomaston to Hartford.
If we assume the "highway" is today's Route 6 then you want ED 204 because Kearney St. is south of Route 6.
