Wondering if anyone could please do a Litchfield Cty. directory search on WILLIAM G. (GRIFFITH) PHILLIPS before 1918. Trying to establish if he ever lived in CT. Know he arrived Buffalo,NY in 1918 as I have confirmed Buffalo 1918 directory listing. Many thanks in advance.
