Hello Albert.

After my initial request to Connecticut Valley Hospital for information about Dora Clifford, I have just received a 29 page dossier of her 3 month stay there. Apart from all the copies of daily medical procedures there were the recorded conversations they had with her which gave me a great deal of insight into her sad life. Her husband died as the result of an automobile accident and afterwards her drinking, lack of eating made things worse for her. It all makes very sad reading. Her daughter Doris was described as well educated, quiet and well mannered who had often had to bee brought up by her step-brother Edward because of her mothers drinking and who refused to have anything more to do with her mother even to the funeral arrangements. Her daughter who you found for me, Doris Boshka is still aliveand I wrote to the address in Stamford but am still waiting with baited breath to hear from her, or someone. I
hope to learn of her marriage date also.

Will let you know as soon as I do hear. It is the least I can do for all your generousity to me. It has all been so breath takingly wonderful to have all your help and also this big dossier of information into Dora's life. I am so happy that I did not give up on her.
