On the ship manifest he is listed as Andrija, Andro is a nickname, English is Andrew or Andy. The manifest shows his last residence as Lucija (Lucy in English)

There is a place near the coast called Lucija. But the issue here is that FILIPOVIC (translates to Pillipson in English) is a avery common name.

Here is the correct original spelling for SHIMACH... ŠIMAC, which would sound like sheemahts.

Here is the ship showing Josica SIMAC, with children Dragica 10(may be Caoroline in English), Stanko 7(Stanley) and Ivan 4 (John) Former residence Zelenje (but is more likely Jelenje)Destination to husband/father Michael Central Restaurant Aberdeen WA

Name:       Josica Simac
Arrival Date:       26 Sep 1906
Age:       32
Estimated Birth Year:       abt 1874
Gender:       Female

Port of Departure:       Liverpool, England
Ship Name:       Ivernia
Port of Arrival:       Boston, Massachusetts
Friend's Name:       Micheal Simac
Last Residence:       Hungary

Josica actually shows up on another page of the manifest, but her name is crossed out (this happened sometimes) and her former residences shows as Jelenja.

Name:       Lozica Simac
Arrival Date:       26 Sep 1906
Age:       32
Estimated Birth Year:       abt 1874
Gender:       Female
Race:       Croatian
Port of Departure:       Liverpool, England
Ship Name:       Ivernia
Port of Arrival:       Boston, Massachusetts
Friend's Name:       Mibra Simac
Last Residence:       Austria

Both PERUŠIĆ and ŠIMAC are found in the current online phone book for Jelenje (translated means deer)

There is also a man on the same passenger list, Filip BRUSIC (line 3 on the second manifest) who came from Grobnik, near Jelenje, who listed Michael SIMAC as his destination.

And this looks like the family in the 1910 Aberdeen census! Wah actually shows Mike on the census and the last name is SHIMAC not Shimer and even though the wife is listed as Clara, the husband and 2 sons match
