Thanks for writing......you sound like a former "Holyoker" yourself based upon the references to ward 4 and "Dead Man's curve. I grew up in Churchill....

I have a Patrick Crean in my line but he was born in 1868 and would thus be much older than your Patrick Crean. To date, I'm not sure how many of the Crean siblings actually emigrated..I know of at least two but there were five other siblings so far as I know.

Almost all of the other surnames you mentioned except for "Madden" are very familiar to me although that's not surprising considering Holyoke's Irish heritage. Even the Peck name is familiar....
