Searching for info on a Matilda Cowen/Cowan born abt 1857 in Alabama, possibly Blount Co. Parents were David Cowen and Elizabeth Anderson. David orginally spelled his last name Cowan. Matilda had several sisters and two brothers. Some of then married in Fayette Co. AL. Heard she may have went to Erath Co. Texas. Thank You Alice Wilson awilson@awesomenet.net
