I'm trying to get some roots of my family,my ggrandmother was Nancy Cowan,I have a death certificate from her daughter my grandmother Ida Cintha Cowan Mayfield,from Austin Texas she was living in Lampasses,Texas but my ggrandmother was born or from Commanche,Texas and I estimate her time of birth around 1850 more or less but close,because grandmother was born in 1883 thus twenty years you can have children younger or older,but that is guessing,she could have been born in 1834 but she would been sixteen years old having my grandmother in 1883,so you do the numbers,,but I'm trying to find out who her dad and mom was,my ggg now,ok? anything anyone has please feel free to get back to me.Oh she married a AJ Mayfield from Mississippi,was my ggrandfather. My grandmother Ida Cynthia Mayfields father.I'm also going after the Mayfields also too.Thanks for any info.
