Looking for descendants of John W. Corey (born abt. 1793) and his wife Mary Travis (born abt. 1792 Hope, NY died 1872) who resided in Northampton NY. Mary was the daughter of Abraham Travis Hope Falls, NY. Hoping we might be able to fill in blanks for one another. Dear old John has been our roadblock for many years. Anyone have a family heirloom with a great story behind it, family bible, photographs? We want to hear from you. Cory Family Society DNA project proves we are descended of William of Portsmouth thanks to my brothers’ participation in the test.
