My name is bryan and i have similar family ties. In short, my great grandmothers sister Emma fox married a man by the last name of Coons they had two son's as far as i know. John and Vincent, JOHN died in 1968. Vinny lived in Kentucky; we think Louisville. Does anything match let me know and we can exchange more information.
