He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Jessie Coon, three daughters, Gladys Coon of Oswego, Edith and Leona Coon of Fulton; two sons, Edward Coon of buffalo and George Coon of this city; one sister, Mrs. Mary Colvin of Altmar. Funeral services held at the Salvation Army barracks Thursday afternoon; interment in Fairview Cemetery, Bundyville. The deceased was employed at the McHenry-Millhouse company’s plant and was at work June 11th; the following day he was taken ill and died on the day following. I would like to connect with persons with ties to this line; John E. was a descendant of my ggg grandfather, Joseph S. Coon who was b. 1791, Rensselaer, NY, d. 1873, Sandy Creek, Oswego, NY.
