I am interested in filling in the gaps of the following Comfort family as part of my Titus family research. The line, as far as I can tell, descends as follows: Generation 4. Silas Titus. b. 1709 in Nassau Co., NY. m. Sarah Townsend. Their child: Generation 5. Phebe Titus. b. 1732 in Chester Co., PA. m. Edward Parry. Their child: Generation 6. Mary Parry. b. 1769. m. Robert Comfort. It appears that this Comfort family moved from NY, to OH, IA and then to KS. The names listed below, with generation numbers, have been taken from "Avant-Roth Ancestry" by Marsha Avant Roth, and augmented by census data.
