COLLINSWORTH REUNION August 7, 2004 GRAND ISLAND RESTAURANT, Albany Ga. 270 Grand Island Dr. (Off Ledo Road) Time 12 noon to 5 PM Directions: #1 way (19 S to Ledo-at Lee-Dougherty Line—to Ledo Rd-at Wendy’s on Slappey) #2 way (85 S to Ledo-Dawson Rd.— Turn at Ledo Rd.) #3 way (R from I-75 –Clark Ave to Bi-Pass toward Atlanta- to Nottingham –R to Ledo) (Near Mall & Wall Mart) Based on last year’s attendance we have “reserved” the facility for 50 people. The cost is for facility and buffet, and is figured (per person) as follows; $16.95, plus 18% ($3.05) gratuity, plus 7% tax on the $16.95 ($1.19). The total is $21.19 per person. The cost is per person in attendance, regardless of age and/or buffet participation. We must have a confirmation of attendance by JULY 26, 2004.
