You might want to search in the Benjamin Coffey/Nancy Hayes family. Benjamin, son of John and Eliz. Rucker Coffey, was b in 1808 in Wilkes Co., NC and d May 1867 in Rockcastle Co. KY. He and Nancy had children: John; Richardson; Elizabeth; Ranson; Calvin; Calton; Marvel, Perry; and Ausborn. There was also a Jesse Calton, b Apr 1821 to to Reuben and Rachel Hayes Coffey. Reuben was son of Jesse and Margaret Edmisten Coffey. This family was mostly in Hawkins and Cocke Co., TN. Jack
