There is also a Cleveland Coffey father of Joel William born 1807. Cleveland was born c1780 in what is now Oconee Co., SC. His wife was Martha (surname unknown, but perhaps Brown). He died in 1843 in Rabun Co. GA. Martha was born about 1786 in NC and after Cleveland died was living with her daughter Jane Coffee Stephens in Union Co., GA in 1870.

Cleveland and Martha's children were: Joel William, bc1807; Martha Elizabeth, bc1809; Jesse, bc1812; Jane, bc1814, married Cannon Stephens); Illai, b 8 Mar 1814; Ira, bc1818; Ivory, bc1820; Isaiah, bc1822 and Nancy b 28 Aug 1825.

In addition to the above Joel William, there was another born 1824-1826 in AL or TN. I do not have his parents. He married Elizabeth Ann Moore about 1848 in Morgan Co., AL. Eliz. was bc1832 in TN, and d 1894-1896 in Province, OK. Their children were: John James; Ann E.J. (Jane); Joel William, Jr.; Daniel Webster; Sarah Eliz.; Eleanor; Joseph A.; Robert Richard; Harrison; and Charles.
