Yes, I was fairly sure we weren't discussing the same 2 Claytons since Alexander was Susannah's father (not husband) and also the dates didn't match w/Susannah being born in 1854. Do you have any other leads on an Alex. Clayton in MA? He could be a cousin/descendant from your Alex.'s brother, for ex.
