Bobbi - The parole records were not stored locally, but were sent to Washington. NARA has them as record group 249.5 RECORDS OF THE FEDERAL PAROLE CAMPS 1861-66. These records take up 145 linear ft. These records would have been used as a part of the process of compiling individual soldier's records. If a man was paroled after the war, that fact should have been recorded in his CMSR.
