Nellie was the daughter of Arthur and Della Brown. In 1930 Fulton County Ga. census they are living in Atlanta, Ga. Arthur is a fireman. Della was a Rainey before she married Arthur Brown. Children at that time where Stanley Brown, Nellie Brown, Joe E. Brown. Nellie later married a Chappell. I know nothing else about this family, other than Della was sister to my Grandmother, Eula Mae Rainey Adams. Hope someone can help me. Thanks, R. Little
