Chloe, Good luck with your trip to England. Hope you find the "Holy Grail". Two ideas that might be helpful. First, if you haven't already checked it out, you might want to look at the Canadian Chafe site: www.geocities.com/heartland/cabin/1066/, which has a lot of interesting data, including a neat ancestor flow chart with names and places, but missing the needed connection to Thomas. Second, many of the settlers in Hingham, MA probably came from Hingham, England (not Thomas). My guess is that he got on a ship that left from Hingham and stopped in the Plymouth area before going on the the New World. If you can, check ship records that left from Hingham as well as Plymouth area. Hope this helps. By the way, one of my g grandmothers was a Watson, from Titusville, PA. Have fun.
