My Grandmother was Marie Irene CARROW/Caron. I am a descendant of Louis and Marguerite Valle Caron/Carron also. My line became CARROWS as well. Louis and Marguerite had Athanase, who md. Jeanette BUATTE. Athanase and Jeanette had Louis Athanase, who md. Eleanor Charleville. They had Louis Narcise, my Great-grandfather. Narcise md. Julia Levrard, and they had Grandma Marie. I have found a date of death for Louis Athanase, but no place of death or burial. You wouldn't happen to know where he is buried, would you? Also, his 1st wife Eleanor Charleville died young, and he remarried to a Elizabeth Carron. Don't know who she was or how she was related to him. I don't know exactly when Eleanor died or where she is buried either. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. I have the Carron book put out by the Ste. Gen. Jour de Fette committee. They ignored us Carrows, as usual. I have been told that we are from the "other side of the tracks", and that most of the Carrons in Ste. Gen. County deny that we are even related!
