My father's name is Filo Carrell and I am pretty sure we are talking about the same person. He mentioned Clella, and I know he also had a daughter, both in Mt. Grove MO. He was born in MO, and actually had CC tatooed on his arm, growing up it was referenced to as standing for Clella Carrell.
