There is more information. I just hit the highlights.
My name is Susan Carrell (Shuler) Pena and my e-mail address is sweetsue63@attbi.com if you wish to contact me. I live in Texas. I too, was searching about a year ago for the Carrell family on the web and I found a cousin that I didn't know I had in Iowa who gave me the CFA address. I had been looking for this family since the 1960's before my grandfather, Elvey Frances Carrell died. He too had not sent in his family info and we were lost after the 1928 book came out. Our family did not make the second volume but we have joined the association and have submitted our family history to the present, which is now 11 generations in this part of the family. We are descendents of James, James, James, Daniel, Daniel, Benjamin Franklin, Elvey Frances, my mother, Eleanore Maurine and then me, my daughter and granddaughter. I had a copy of the descendant line of Rev. Thomas Dungan from Emperor Charlemagne, etc. and I put the puzzle together and here we are. If I can help in any way, let me know. Check out our new website and let me know what you think of it. The only regret that I have is that I didn't find all this out before my mother died in 2000. She would have loved knowing the cousins.
