Looking for info on and connections to a Benjamin Carrell, who came to Virginia before 13 Jun 1636 with his wife Elizabeth, and owned land in Henrico and Charles City counties. He died before 18 Jun 1663. A Henry Caryl also came at the same time but it is not known what the relationship was. Seek info on Benjamin Blase Carrell, who married Elizabeth Burrows or Barrows in London in 1626, and his later whereabouts. Have seen undocumented information that they had a son Nathaniel who emigrated to Salem, MA. Seek info on Carrell, Carroll, Carrill, Caryl, etc., in England in the period 1590-1650 which might provide a clue.
