Andrew Carnegie B Nov. 25, 1835 D Aug. 11/1919, Married Louise Whitfield. They had a daughter, Margaret.
This is the Andrew Carnegie who migrated to America in 1848 to amass a fortune from iron works and become one of America's best known philanthropists.
