Hi, I have been trying to find a Patrick Carnall who d in 1789 in Caswell Co NC and who also has ties to Halifax Va. While searching Patrick I uncovered a Patrick of Caroline Co Va who was b. 1759/60 in Caroline Co and d. after 1840 (he was in that census of Revolutionary war vets) I was wondering if he was the son of or otherwise related to my Patrick (he's the right age to be a son). Do you know of any ties between the families? I noticed the family you have been discussing also has a Archibald. What I know about my Patrick Carnall. b. Va d. 1789 Caswell Co, NC wife Mary Children: Patrick, Richard, Fanny, Hubbard, Archibald, Fleming, Nancy, Mary (mine)(b. aft 1755) and Mildred (b. abt 1753).
