Thank you so much for the information on my grandmother she is Ethel Eleanor May Day born July 9th 1900 in Boscombe bless her she lived to her 99th yar

Married Charles Stephen Street from Ringwood

One son Norman born Nov 5th we think in 1923 a bit older than my Mum as Nanny lost a baby in between

Norman served in the Royal Canandian Air Force

My mother Evelyn May Elizabeth Street born in Oakville Halton Co on May 21st 1934 in a Nursing home

My grandparents did go to reside i believe in Oakville Ontario and they ran a sailing club my grandmother was lovely Grandad was a bit of a rascal ! her brothers also went but unsure which of Harry Sid and George did go and unsure which was Allan's Dad below

Allan Day her nephew ( also served in the Air Force ) and born around the 1923 time is still alive I believe in his 90s and resides in Ontario he was a leading light in local politics and i found an article on him entitled 'What a difference a Day makes' on conservation in his home town i did contact the paper in Ontario and they told he he was still alive and well and would pass on my details this was a while ago and not heard anything which is sad his wife died quite a while ago and her name was Dorothy
My Grandmother visited Allan and family n the early 70s and this was recorded in the local paper
