That is correct. Sarah is not Wilbert F's mother. His date of birth was 9/8/73. On his marriage certificate for his first wife he lists his father as Joseph Dingman and mother as Belle Baker. I've never been able to find out anything about her. I think there was a Baker family in Cramahe/Brighton, but never found a Belle. I was wondering if that was a middle name or a nickname maybe. On another document he lists his fathers name as Robert and mother is blank. So I'm suspicious. I was hoping I could find something more out about these families.
