Thank you so much for all this information. I haven't been able to tie Patrick and Thomas together but I do believe they are brothers. If they are brothers I wonder why one stayed in Canada and one came to the US in 1883. I have a Charles Mathews and Bridget Darmody that was born in Tipperary, Ireland which just might be their parents. Thanks for the marriage of Charles Mathew as I have been trying to verify that he married Annie McCurry and that he is the son of Thomas Mathews and Ellen Sweeney. Since I live so far away from Canada it's hard for me to find information that I need.
