If you go to:
http://archives.gnb.ca/Archives/Default.aspx?culture=en-CA
at the top is a link, "Research Tools". By opening, "County Guides", you get a notion of what material is available at the Provincial Archives. With the exception of the census reels (you have to get them from National Archives which is why both numbers are given) most microfilm reels are available by interlibrary loan. Note that Albert Co. was part of Westmorland Co.,until 1845.

Of particular interest in Westmorland Co. are marriage registers. (Westmorland Co. 1790-1835 is on reel F-1671; 1812-1835 on F-15493.) Often the witnesses were relatives providing a hint as to relationships.

Probate records are very useful often containing transcriptions of the wills.

Church records are particularly useful if you know which church was most significant.
