In the 1881 census Ontario, Glengarry, Lochiel. There are Hugh McArthur, wife Jessie and 7 children I have found Jessie McArthur died 9 May 1884 Lochiel, Glengarry co. and the one who reported the death is Hugh McArthur. Would have been nice to put her maiden name. I did not find any birth for the children listed in 1881. Nycole ref. Automatedgenealogy.com and Ancestry.ca
