F. H. Low, Retired Navy Worker, Dies

Frank H. Low, 64, of 1200 Main St, El Cajon, a retired civil service worker at North Island, died Tuesday. He served in the Navy many years and lived in the San Diego area 30 years....He is survived by his wife Goldia...Masonic services...buried at Ft. Rosecrans.

A death notice says he is survived by a sister, Elizabeth Cahill.
