CHANGE at THE ASYLUM -- Mr. E.N. ROBINSON, the gentlemanly and accommodating Clerk at the Asylum, has resigned his place, which is now filled by Mr. Andrew J. NICHOLS, late of Sacramento city. Mr. ROBINSON goes to fill a position on the line of railroad between Folsom and Auburn.
