Any information on:
William James Black, b: 12 Nov.1865, Watertown, Wi.; d: 8 June 1950, Sacramento, CA.; m: Alice Ella (maiden name and dates unknown); William was a retired railroad company employee and lived in Sacramento for 15 years. His step-children: Mrs. Louise Compton of Oakland, Elmer Fox of Redding and Lester Fox of Red Bluff. He lived on Freeport Boulevard. He is buried at the Masonic Lawn Cem. Funeral services were held at the Palm Chapel of James R. Garlick, corner of 20th and P Streets.
