I am looking for the parents and or siblings of Walter Samuel Brooks who married Lizzie P. Hill in 1893 in Middlesex County, Virginia. Marriage license said he was born in West Virginia but could also mean western Va. Only initials on marriage license of parents RH and JC Brooks.
