I believe we are researching the very same lines. I descend from Robert Wilson Brewer, son of Sivilian Brewer. But I am afraid I have not been able to proceed any further than Sivilian (Covilian) Brewer. I do know that his father may have died young, as Sivilian's mother remarried to a Mr. Hanna. Sivilian is listed in the 1880 US Census, living with his half brother, Jackson Hanna b.1819 in Kentucky. Still no idea who Sivilian's actual parents are yet. Hopefully some day, some one will come across something to help us all.
